POSITION SUMMARY:This position holds a pivotal role on our engineering team, driving the mechanical design of HVAC systems in the commercial retrofit market. The Mechanical Engineer also plays a key role within the Haynes Mechanical project team and is expected to have knowledge of building systems and operations in order to provide expert advice on how to improve building performance through system upgrades/retrofit, operational changes, and controls optimization. Our client-centric approach is built on long-term relationships and evaluating current needs and design criteria, not simply replacing “like for like.” Our engineering team works closely with internal sales and operations team members as well as clients to provide solutions that optimize performance.
