WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?As a Landscape Project Manager - Estimator, you'll wear many hats - from meeting with potential clients to understand their vision, to creating detailed estimates that bring their ideas to life, and finally, overseeing the execution of landscape projects with precision and skill. Your days will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to showcase your expertise in project management and landscaping. IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?Basic understanding of sprinkler systems and their functionAble to understand how to estimate materials to create CY & SFUnderstand standard planting procedures and what plants are used locally in the areaUnderstand the relation between budgeted hours and materialsValid driver's licenseGood computer skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to lift 50 poundsA degree in construction management or similar education and experience is preferred but not required.
