DENTAL ASSISTANT with ORAL SURGERY EXPERIENCEOral Surgery Assistant position is available in a fast-paced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Mesa. This position is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday. Typical office hours for assistants: Monday and Tuesday 8-5, Wednesday 8-1, Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-2. Time can be later depending on scheduled appointments and emergencies. Typical hours range from 30-40 hours. We are looking for an experienced oral surgery/dental assistant with leadership skills to join our amazing team. Most common office procedures include: Wisdom Teeth Extractions, Dental Extractions, Implants, Facial Trauma, Biopsies, and IV Sedation. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE and not limited to:Assist oral surgeon during surgery and consultation appointmentsTray set up and take downSterilizationInventory and stockingFollow up correspondence with referring dentistsCleaning and organization of back officeJob Qualifications: Dental AssistantCPR CertifiedX-Ray Certified - RequiredDAANCE Certified - If not certified, completion within 1 year of employment. OSHA and HIPAA knowledgeBenefits: PTO, 401K, paid holidays, and scrubs/uniforms provided.
