Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking an analytical and proactive Business Operations Analyst to join our In-Home Services division. You'll convert raw data into meaningful insights to enhance decision-making, optimize sales performance, and drive operational efficiency. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver actionable analytics and champion process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports, identifying trends and insightsSales Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic optimizationsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to provide tailored analytical solutionsData Management: Maintain accurate, high-quality data sets and reportsProcess Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements and automationAd-Hoc Analysis: Provide responsive analytics, dashboards, and specialized reports as neededData Visualization: Clearly communicate findings through visuals and concise presentations to senior leadership Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, AND/OR1-3 year(s) experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or related fieldSkills and Qualifications:Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with SQL and database conceptsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyPreferred Experience:Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plusVisa sponsorship not available for this role Salary RangesCompensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year BenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: .The base pay range shown is a guideline.
