Lead, train, and mentor production team members, managing performance and scheduling. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and product specifications. Monitor production schedules, adjusting resources and workflow as needed to optimize efficiency. Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process deviations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational effectiveness. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a production team. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and production scheduling. Proven commitment to safety protocols and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, GMP). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to address operational challenges and collaborate effectively.
