What You’ll Do As a Simply Ed Middle School Math and ELA Teacher’s Assistant, you will: Provide push-in classroom support for middle school math and ELA instruction. Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.Work one-on-one and in small groups with students who need extra support.Help manage classroom routines and maintain a positive learning environment.Monitor student progress and share observations with teachers.Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who are: Passionate about supporting students in math and ELA. Reliable, professional, and committed to showing up every day.Strong communicators and collaborative team players.Experienced with children (formally or informally) — experience in schools preferred, but training is provided.Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Education, Math, English, or a related field.Cleared (or eligible for clearance) through DOE PETS background check and fingerprinting.
