Caregiver responsibilities include: Providing companionship and conversation Preparing and serving meals Help with bathing and grooming Light housekeeping and laundry Shopping, errands, and transportation Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have: Previous caregiving experience (preferred) A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others A commitment to being present and providing quality care Empathy, patience, kindness and respect Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job Pay Structure🧑⚕️ Now Hiring: On-Call Caregiver – $18/hr + Bonuses Join our team as an On-Call Caregiver and make a difference with flexibility, guaranteed pay, and premium weekend incentives 💵 Pay & Perks: $18/hour for all hours worked $3/hour bonus for short-notice shifts $50–$100/day availability pay (even if you’re not called in) 2-hour minimum pay if you work any part of a shift Overtime + Double Time Pay when applicable Weekend & holiday stipends available 🗓 Schedule: Flexible weekday and weekend on-call shifts Great for part-time caregivers looking for consistent extra income ✅ Requirements: Reliable phone access & availability during your on-call window Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compassionate attitude and professional presence 👉 Apply now and get paid for being ready to care — even if you don’t work a full shift This franchise is independently owned and operated by a local franchisee.
