Responsibilities Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potentialProvide in the moment coaching/training to store associates to ensure efficient and effective floor operations, customer service, coverage, stockroom management and execution of standards.Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.Execute action plans that optimize resultsExecute all aspects of daily store operations.Ensure appropriate associate coverage to create a great customer experience.Oversee and authorize the checkout experience.Assist with merchandise flow, such as shipment, replenishment, omni-channel operations, in the store.Monitor and analyzes the customer service provided by team members.Build an effective schedule with the right associate in the right place at the right time.Promote and support an environment focused on delivering great in-store customer experiences.Effectively resolves customer service issues to a positive outcome.Lead and models our customer experience model.Display expert knowledge of product, company policies, promotions, loyalty programs.Provide leadership and assistance with product launches, window changes, visual presentation standards, signage placement, etc.Other essential functions may occur as directed by your supervisor.Required Experience & Qualifications Education: High School or EquivalentYears of Experience: 1Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hoursMeets physical requirementsCritical Skills & AttributesPrevious retail experience preferredAbility to effectively communicate with customers, peers and supervisorsDemonstrated sales accountabilityDemonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well with a team.Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once.Benefits and Compensation PHOENIX offers a range of benefits to help protect full-time associate’s health and long-term financial security including: Medical, pharmacy, dental and vision coverage 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match Merchandise discount Paid Time Off Parental leave for new moms and dads For part-time associates, PHOENIX is partnering with LIG Solutions to help associates obtain individual insurance coverage that best fits their needs and budget, including major medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, life Insurance and more.Additionally, part-time associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave, public health emergency leave and to participate in the 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match. Part-time associates are also eligible to receive an Express merchandise discount, participate in our Learn & Earn incentive program, and choose voluntary benefits through YouDecide.Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
