Location: Jackson, MSPay Rate: $50 per hourPer Diem: $90 per day (must meet requirements)Schedule: 45–55 hours per week (including some Saturdays)Duration: 3–4 monthsIndustry: Industrial ConstructionPosition OverviewWe are seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a 3–4 month industrial project in Jackson, Mississippi.This role involves electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a heavy industrial environment. Candidates must hold a valid Journeyman Electrical License, possess OSHA certification, and have strong experience in commercial or industrial construction settings.Pay & Benefits$50 per hour $90 daily per diem (must meet requirements) Overtime opportunities Consistent weekly hours Job Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in an industrial setting Run and terminate conduit, cable trays, and control wiring Wire and connect motors, VFDs, switchgear, and control panels Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting on high- and low-voltage systems Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and all safety regulations Work collaboratively with other trades and site personnel Job Requirements Valid Journeyman Electrical License (Mississippi or reciprocating) OSHA certification (Required) Minimum 3+ years of industrial electrical experience Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical layouts Experience in industrial facilities or manufacturing environments Must provide PPE, basic hand tools, and have reliable transportation Ability to commit to 45–55 hours per week, including some Saturdays Must meet per diem eligibility requirements
