To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: Summary HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a dynamic and innovative Electromagnetic Warfare Planner to provide research, analysis, and planning support to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Operations Directorate as part of a Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Cell supporting U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) at Ft Shafter, Hawaii  You would be an excellent candidate for this position if you: Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high impact, dynamic environment. Have the experience and knowledge to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) that will ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains throughout the Pacific. You will aid senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM and USARPAC senior leader consumption. You'll also provide research and analysis of various pertinent national security policies, military strategies, vulnerability assessments, threat, and intelligence assessments. This position will identify operational areas of concern, inform planning efforts, and help develop new concepts and identify new capabilities for Electromagnetic Warfare. The ever-increasing demands associated with a congested and contested electromagnetic environment requires strategic and operational partners who are properly postured to meet mission critical requirements. You will support innovative approaches to integrating partner nation capabilities as well as close coordination with Service Components, research labs, industry, OSD, and Joint Staff. This position will work directly for the USINDOPACOM JEMSO cell with primary responsibility and place of work embedded at USARPAC.
