Job Description Unleash Your Potential: Whether 2 Years or 20, Discover Rewarding Journeys with Us Position Description: Act as both a Leader and a higher-level Consultant on assigned SAP EWM implementation or support projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Consult Act as leader on assigned SAP EWM implementation or support projects or other team-based work.Demonstrate ability to maneuver through complex and political organizations with multiple stakeholders.Recommend solutions and alternatives which address the immediate goals and anticipates the future direction of the business, its drivers and technology strategy. Develop business cases to help customer justify effort. Discover/Blueprint Design Analyze and map client business requirements.Lead and facilitate design or blueprinting workshops, assessments, and planning sessions. Demonstrate leadership in projects and engagements.Proactively facilitate complex design and technical discussions, reconciling differing opinions and drives decision making process. Translate technical discussion into business language for senior management, as needed. Configure/Develop Develop SAP solutionsConfigure in multiple SAP modules and/or application areasLead solution, business, and implementation design sessions to define the configuration and/or development required.Be the leader for executing configuration and development through other assigned resources. Test/Train/Document Develop, lead and orchestrate integrated testing plan identifying areas of risk and including plans to mitigate those risks.Coach the customer to develop a complete testing solution (e.g. test plans mapped to requirements, test execution plans, tracking results and resolving defects). Lead/Manage/Sell Lead assigned team of resources from NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. and/or the client.Lead functional specialists, both onsite and offshore, and assist in configuring the solution. Must have been and may still be a hands-on configurer.Make recommendations on strategic direction and roadmap for the use and implementation of the SAP EWM applications, as well as integration with third party systems (and making recommendations on what other complementary software may enhance the SAP investment).Collaborate with Sales, Developers, Consultants, Project Managers, and/or Service Delivery Managers to identify, design, lead the solution architecture, and lead implementation for clients.Demonstrate cross functional leadership, the ability to look at the end to end process and understand how it fits together, and the ability to identify key points of integration. Mentor Lead classroom training and webinars for internal consultants, clients, and prospectsDemonstrate though leadership in respective field by presenting at conferences or forums, writing whitepapers or blogs, developing “As the Expert” sessions, etc. Position Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field7 years of SAP EWM project implementation and/or support experience in multiple modules/submodules and/or 1-2 cross application areas (OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field and 5 years of experience.)Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP EWM project implementations4 years integration experience with other process areas4 years leadership experience on SAP EWM implementation/ support projectsExperience configuring multiple SAP modules OR experience across multiple industriesMeet or exceed NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. general consulting competencies of Personal Skills, Results Orientation/Quality Management, Customer Management, Leadership, and Corporate Development. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
