Position Description: Commercial Leasing & Tenant Relations Specialist OverviewWere seeking a strategic, relationship-focused professional to lead commercial leasing and tenant relations, including the creation and management of a Commercial Tenant Association. This role is responsible for building a vibrant, collaborative business community while aligning tenant engagement with property performance and leasing goals.Administrative and operational work will increasingly be supported by AI and automation tools, ensuring efficiency and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Tenant Relations & Association LeadershipEstablish and lead the Commercial Tenant Association, defining its structure, programs, and engagement model.Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with tenants to foster trust, satisfaction, and retention.Organize tenant meetings, events, and networking opportunities to promote collaboration and shared success.Identify tenant needs and develop value-added services, partnerships, or cross-promotional opportunities that support business growth.Leasing & Portfolio SupportPartner with leasing teams to align tenant relations with occupancy, retention, and revenue goals.Contribute to leasing strategy by monitoring market trends, tenant feedback, and renewal opportunities.Support lease administration by reviewing lease data, rent schedules, and key terms using automated tools.Automation, Reporting & InsightsLeverage AI and automation to streamline communications, reporting, and data management.Use analytics to monitor tenant satisfaction, leasing performance, and community engagement metrics.Continuously identify new technologies or workflows that reduce manual tasks and improve responsiveness.Qualifications35 years of experience in commercial real estate, tenant relations, leasing, or community/business development.Proven success in relationship management, tenant engagement, or B2B development.Familiarity with property management and leasing platforms (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, MRI).Strong communication, organization, and strategic planning skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Airtable, Notion AI).Understanding of lease structures, rent schedules, and tenant financials preferred.Compensation:Salary: $56,000 Quarterly bonus programMileage reimbursement Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.EOF Fund Eligibility Get to Know GreenleafGreenleaf is an organization based in the Southeast, built on three core principles: dream big, work hard, and take care of each other.
