Documentation and detail is extremely important. This is a fast-paced environment, adaptability is necessary. Meeting deadlines and being efficient is required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Collect and enter information to required daily and weekly reports with accuracyAccuracy of documenting and reporting required documentations to HR within specified time frameReview daily absences, request for time off slips, check for missing hours in KRONOS (time keeping program)Maintain accurate bookkeeping of employee vacations, raises and transfers, daily changesAssist with personnel relations; discipline, benefits information & emergency phone callsMiscellaneous duties: ordering supplies, printing labels, job postings, coordinating meeting schedules, etc.Other duties as assignedSKILLS Problem analysisQuality and work standardsTeam playerOral and written skillsComputer skills (experience in Excel, Word and other Microsoft systems)Bilingual preferredEOE/VETS/DISABILITY
