At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOStay informed of current menu items and descriptionsFollow Special Events guidelines to ensure event successHandle side duties including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers, including lifting/moving up to 25lbs.Clean and assist with maintaining bar equipmentPerform opening/running/closing side duties according to HOB policyPut all trash and recyclable products in proper receptaclesSeparate glass, cardboard, and plastics per local codesOperate trash compactor per procedures policyEnsure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and HOB alcohol policiesEnsure that trash containers are clean, free of odor and linedMaintain HOB safety and sanitation standardsPar all ice bins to the fullest levels at all timesPar all bars per venue specificationsWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGRequired: Ability to work late hoursFlexible scheduleSkills in interpersonal communication and teamworkTolerance of all cultures, music and art formsResponsible Alcohol Training Certification or EquivalentPreferred: 3 years’ work experience interacting with people in a positive environmentExperience recognizing valid ID’sExperience in a live music environmentPhysical Demands/Working Environment:Working environment is fast paced, often loud and stressfulPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet both indoors and outdoorsMust be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniquesIntensely physical environment
