Responsibilities include equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and maximizing output through constraint management. Requirements Experience: 1–3 years in semiconductor, cleanroom, or production environments. Education: AS/AA degree preferred (equivalent military experience or HS diploma + 3 years experience accepted). Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with electronic assembly tools (soldering, wire strippers, etc.) is a plus. Physical: Ability to stand/walk all day and perform repetitive motions.
