CENERGY INTERNATIONAL SERVICESJob: - LONG TERM CONTRACT - POSSIBLE CONTRACT TO HIRE Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and competent Maintenance Scheduler III with strong skills in Primavera P, Power BI, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) integration. This role will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting on maintenance and turnaround schedules, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. Responsibilities Create and manage detailed maintenance and turnaround schedules using Primavera P. Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for accurate planning and progress tracking. Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Provide progress reports and dashboards using Power BI (preferred). Perform follow-up from initiation to completion of all scheduled work. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to ensure alignment. Support shutdown and start-up (S/O and S/U) activities during turnarounds. Work extended hours during turnaround execution as required. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong turnaround scheduling experience (shutdown/start-up). Proficiency in Primavera P and WBS integration. Ability to monitor, report, and follow up on progress effectively. Power BI experience is a plus. Must be flexible to work / or / schedules and /s during April turnaround. Preferred Skills Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
