The Senior Growth Product Manager we are seeking will have a strong desire to further our mission through innovation. We’re looking to diversify the ways in which we acquire customers, whether it be through strategic partnerships, new freemium offerings, or personalized sign-up experiences for specific channels and user types. You’ll evaluate, drive, and execute on opportunities like these while helping to steer and inform our company’s ambitious strategy to achieve the next horizon of growth.  What You’ll Be Doing The Senior Growth Product Manager will be excited about developing and testing hypotheses to grow our user base. You’ll have access to multiple data sources including consumer behavior analytics, user research, and experiment performance to maximize conversion rate, retention rate, and customer lifetime value. Your work will have an immediate and tangible impact on the business and the lives of the people we serve. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, and senior leadership to rapidly execute and iterate. The Growth team moves very quickly, and you’ll be exposed to new challenges on a daily basis.  Alongside all the fun perks of working at a cutting-edge startup with international reach, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your creativity, take advantage of continuous learning opportunities, and collaborate with executive management in your efforts.  What We’re Looking For 5-10+ years of growth or product management in a consumer tech space Ability to navigate high degree of ambiguity and drive complex projects forward, executing in a highly autonomous way Strong analytical dexterity, critical problem solving skills Strong customer empathy, well-versed in user psychology  Scrappy (execution and outcome-focused) and curious Data savvy - well versed with all tools and concepts (user research, market research, data analysis, A/B testing, price testing, etc.). You should understand experimentation concepts like statistical significance and how to calculate an appropriate sample size. Base Salary The US base salary range for this full-time position is $176,000 - $238,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.  Other Elements of the Rewards Package Noom currently offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package.
