For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license • High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required Preferred Qualifications: • One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred • One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred Responsibilities: • Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts • Handle heavy workload of calls • Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return • Manage workload and job scheduling • Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork • Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs) • Keep manager informed of customer feedback • Communicate effectively and promptly • Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team • Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company • When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups • Report team performance issues to the Supervisor A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
