The Certified Athletic Trainer will work directly with patients and providers, assist with clinic procedures such as injections and reductions, help cast/splint, and educate patients on injury prevention. Other duties include assessing, treating, and providing rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries, assisting patients with durable medical equipment and brace fitting, administering gait training and other therapeutic exercise, and guiding patients through physical exams and post-operative procedures. This position may include providing minimal sideline coverage for local sports teams if needed. Schedule:Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. CloudDay shift | 8-hour shifts | 8am-4:30pmOccasional after-hours sideline coverage for local sports teams and clubsPay and Benefits:Starting pay begins at $48,434.83 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experiencePay range: $48,434.83 – $72,685.11 per hourSalary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate$5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidatesTuition reimbursement and college grant programs availableFull-time : medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and moreQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.Certified Athletic Trainer certification required2+ years of experience in athletic training setting preferredCurrent American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider cared required per established policyTo be eligible for the relocation bonus you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months.
