We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for towing, repossession and return of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Pay is hourly plus incentives. Fulltime Day and night shifts available. Responsibilities:Tow vehicles as directed by managementRepossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal lawsReturn vehicles to designated locationsEnsure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to all safety regulations and guidelinesPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Minimum of 3 years towing experience1+ years Recovery/Repossession experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as neededBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceLife InsuranceMedical / Dental InsurancePaid time offPaid trainingPI65bf5408dc79-30511-39181224
