Hamilton Connections is currently seeking 11am -7:30pm workers for shipping, receiving, and inventory control in Middletown.  The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience coupled with steady verifiable work history.  This is a long-term job with potential for temp to hire.Details- $19 an hour-  11AM - 7:30PM-  Monday - FridayAccountabilities/Responsibilities 1. Work on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems, and making recommendations 2. Ensures all details of tasks are accomplished properly. 3. Set good examples for others and be a good role model. 4. Participate in continuous improvements efforts, and considers the impact of the customer when making decisions. 5. Performs shift related duties during lead supervisor absences, or as needed. 6. Mentor, guide, and assist other warehouse associates to learn and follow preferred methods in all work related tasks. 7. Receiving Product: Upon receiving product, unload, crate, prepare for receiving, breakdown, and put-away product 8. Shipping Product: When shipping product, pick, crate, prepare for shipping, palletize, and load product 9. Report any damaged material, short quantities or discrepancies to management immediately. 10. Notify management immediately concerning facility issues and needs. 11. Return all equipment to correct storage areas at the end of each day. 12. Count inventory within assigned areas for inventory accuracy. 13. Utilize proper lifting techniques and ask for help when necessary 14. Attend all safety training meetings. 15. Report all work-related injuries and safety violations to RDC Manager or RDC Assistant Manager 16. Comply with governmental safety regulations (OSHA and MSDS) 17. All other duties as assigned.Physical Demands The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations: Able to physically handle material in the warehouse and work with all warehouse equipment Must be capable of sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis Must be able to use proper techniques to lift 50 pounds
