Responsibilities

Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous service to insurance policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Policy Management: Assist clients with understanding and managing their insurance policies, ensuring they have the coverage that suits their needs.

Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, facilitating smooth and efficient resolution.

Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information in our systems.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer concerns using critical thinking and comprehension skills.

Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our services.


Requirement

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with understanding and empathy.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using standard office software applications and the ability to quickly learn new technology or company-specific systems.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to group success and collaborating with colleagues.
