Job Description“What would you say you do here?”Sets up, installs, and relocates computer workstations, desktops, laptops and other technology hardware.Performs software installation deskside and using remote tools. Assists with organization and cabling of technology equipment, computer setups.Conducts daily physical inventory of assets and updates to the Asset tracking Database.Ensures assets are tracked and cataloged. Provides incremental daily ticket updates of ongoing work. Qualifications“What do I need to have in order to do this job?”Proficient with electronics and computer knowledge is necessary; Windows, Mac, and Linux/Unix OS experience.Basic/intermediate hardware and software troubleshooting skills required.Possess good mechanical ability and knowledge of computer hardware (SSD, CPU, GPU, KVM).Detail oriented with the desire to learn, grow technically.Works well within a team environment as well as independently.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Flexible schedule and good writing/verbal skills required.Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.Provide own transportation.Excellent user support skills“What can I offer?”Upgrading computer hardware and software. (SCCM and Jamf experience preferred)Tracking and documenting work in a ticketing system.Working knowledge with Google and MS Office Suite.Cable management and inventory control experience. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.Experience with hardware inventory and auditing.Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from the DreamWorks designated worksite.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
