Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)The Orchards Michigan, located in Samaritan, MI is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shiftHelp Residents with personal hygieneObserve Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurseDocument Resident food and fluid intakeAssist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplementsMaking the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidyTransport Residents within the facilityAssist nurses and other staff as neededAdhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and proceduresAbide by all federal, state and local requirements and standardsMaintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility dataCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:Current and Valid CNA certificationExcellent interpersonal skills Effective communication skills Good collaboration and teamwork skills Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities Keen attention to detail In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for several medical conditions Physical strength and stamina First aid and CPR certifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceLong-Term and Short-Term DisabilityVacation and Paid Sick Time401KTuition Reimbursement
