We are partnered with a reputable and well respected Fire Protection company who is actively looking to grow their already established team with a Fire Sprinkler Design Manger. Fire Protection Design Manager will be responsible for supervising, managing, training, and teaching the current designers within the office. The fire protection Design Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and the Division Manager on current and upcoming projects.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Schedule design based on job and schedule requirements Ensure projects are assigned to appropriate design team members Ensure quality management throughout construction design process Responsible for communication and status reporting to design team members, customers and management Manage team of designers providing leadership, training, mentoring and coaching Provides responsive, concise, accurate and professional support to all customers and other personnel and ensures timely follow-up on all customer concerns and issues.
