The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential. What You'll Do manage frontline staff;oversee deli / bakery operations;ensure department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;foversee rontline training programs, and/ordaily operation standards.
