Complete Building Services (CBS) is in search of a General Maintenance Worker (GMW) to support our large government facility contract at the Pentagon. Responsibilities The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Responsible for all general maintenance, upkeep, and repair of all mechanical systems Performs general maintenance and repair of the building Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors Place or remove systems and equipment as directed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years general maintenance experience Experience in carpentry, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, and mechanical buildings systems Must pass background check EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled Options Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
