We invite you to start your career journey with us and look forward to hearing from you. Job SummaryChartwells Higher Ed is seeking a dynamic and growth minded DIRECTOR DINING SERVICES to oversee Campus Dining. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the day to day Food Service operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for building and exceeding client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.Key Responsibilities:Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the accountMaintains excellent relationships with the clientWorks with the Executive Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the studentsImplements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Chartwells marketing and culinary teamsActs as a liaison between Chartwells, the school administration, staff, students and the communityPreferred Qualifications:A.S. or equivalent experienceThree to five years of foodservice management experience requiredCOLLEGE/UNIVERSITY dining experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsFinancial and business acumenExcellent communication skillsApply to Chartwells Higher Education todayChartwells Higher Education is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
