Systems Data Analyst

Systems Data Analyst Location: Remote Job Description: To support Oncology Data Operation team by developing and implementing new methodology to create and maintain tools with proper security. Work in highly regulated and controlled environment with pharma business knowledge. System Integration knowledge of various in-house, third party and cloud-based applications and services. Need to explore on clinical data in order to showcase the demonstrated experience in reporting and developing analytical reports, and ability to document and process technology recommendations to improve operations. Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (i)Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field. (ii) Demonstrated experience in reporting and developing analytical reports. And ability to document and process technology recommendations to improve operations. (iii) Ability to develop training materials and Experience supporting or working in a team environment. (iv) Excellent organizational and analytical skills. (v) Excellent oral and written communication skills. (vi) Create dashboards and data visualizations to support analysis and communications using analytical tools Qlik Sense, Qlik View or Tableau. (vii) Experience using statistical packages within Excel or with advanced programs such as R, SPSS, SQL, Stata, MATLAB, SAS, or python (R is priority). (viii) Support analytical products such as dashboards to serve client requirements and Support requirements gathering efforts for dashboards, reports, or other analytical products. (ix) Lead meetings with client stakeholders and Facilitate meetings with functional leads and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, and validate requirements. (x) Maintain good working relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff to perform engagement services. (xi) Develop a core understanding of the client's mission and apply it to data analysis projects. (xii) Develop project plans, project analyses, and reports, recommendations, implementation plans, among other project deliverables. Desired Qualifications (i) To support Oncology Data Operation team by developing and implementing new methodology to create and maintain tools with proper security. Work in highly regulated and controlled environment with pharma business knowledge. (ii) Experience with a higher education technology system and with providing technology support to staff. (iii) Proficient with relational databases, experience reviewing/analyzing data structures and writing SQL queries. (iv) Proficient experience using multiple languages/platforms for programming including (a) Java, (b) R Programming, (c) Python, (d) SQL, (e) Unix Shell Scripting and JavaScript, (f) Proficient with extract, transformation load (ETL) processes. (v) System Integration knowledge of various in-house, third party and cloud-based applications and services. Manage and monitor file systems, applications, and server security. (vi) In depth knowledge of Networking, Unix systems and Windows OS. Experience in integration of various clinical applications like InForm, Central Designer, Central Coding, Medidata RAVE, IRT, RBM, PACE, Pinnacle 21, MS SharePoint, sFTP with vendors etc. (vii) Strong background in software version control and change control management procedures. And sound understanding of Interface between files systems and servers on various networks. (viii) Demonstrated ability to efficiently design and produce new custom tools for internal use. (ix) Should be able to program and administer batch job schedules in enterprise production scheduler. (x) Experience to develop, manage, maintain and monitor folder structure with security on Unix and Windows servers. (xi) Experience in managing, maintaining and monitoring cloud-based server and application. And should be able to handle production support through Incident, Change and Problem management. (xii) Demonstrated ability to efficiently design and produce new custom tools for internal use. And should be able to program and administer batch job schedules in enterprise production scheduler.
