We are delighted to announce that we will be hiring New Graduate RNs to join a year-long Nurse Residency Program based on the Vizient and American Association of Colleges of Nursing (Vizient AACN) Nurse Residency ProgramTM. The program is designed to support our new staff nurses through the transition from student to professional practice while championing the wellness and safety of our clinical workforce. Positions will include RN residents within Medical Surgical or Orthopedic units. New hires selected for this program will be scheduled to work full-time, 36 hours, on the overnight shift.

We are hiring immediately

Minimum requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Licensed as an RN in the State of Rhode Island.
  • BLS card from American Heart Association.
