If you have a passion for metalwork and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and repairing metal structures, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Join us and be part of a supportive environment where your skills can shine Responsibilities Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Inspect and assess welded joints for quality and compliance with standards. Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Assist in training and mentoring junior welders as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant welding certification preferred. Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting. Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment. You should be proficient in: OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) Welding Setups for Production Blueprint Reading Machines & technologies you'll use: MIG Welder Stick Welder Flux-Cored Arc Welder
