DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: The DevOps Engineering focus specializes in creating combined software development and IT operations practices which shorten the systems delivery life cycle and provide a continuous delivery platform. Builds and maintains the tooling and infrastructure used to automate the release, deployment, and upgrade processes. Your Primary Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the development and deployment of our applications. Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutions. Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability. Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Provide technical support and assistance to the development team. Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Define and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for timely identification and resolution of incidents. Maintain and enhance the security of our infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain system documentation Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in DevSecOps and cybersecurity. Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Able to lead and support weekend Disaster Recovery exercises with cross-functional teams. Skilled in analyzing problem tickets and applying engineering rigor to resolve or escalate issues. Experienced in leading Infrastructure as Code (IaC) projects using structured software development practices. Capable of conducting code reviews and mentoring junior engineers with constructive technical guidance. Demonstrates a strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset focused on automation and resilience. Proficient in Ansible, Python, and shell scripting for enterprise-grade automation. Brings an enterprise-wide perspective and creative problem-solving to complex technical challenges. The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
