Job Skills / Requirements Position Summary:The Site Manager supports all aspects of security operations at a high-profile Alliance client site. This role involves supervising daily security functions, coordinating with the NYPD during protests or special events, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all tenants and visitors. The Site Manager acts as a key liaison between the client, NYPD, and Alliance Security.Key Responsibilities:Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily security operations and staff supervisionAssist in policy enforcement, scheduling, and performance managementMaintain communication with client representatives and building managementOversee incident reporting, visitor access, and CCTV monitoringCoordinate NYPD support during protests or large gatheringsEnsure accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with safety standardsQualifications:Prior NYPD or law enforcement experience strongly preferredCorporate security or management experience requiredExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to respond to emergencies within 30 minutesSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMSalary: $,-$, Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma or GED Certification Requirements (All) NYS Security Guard License NYS Armed Security Guard License Additional Information / Benefits Benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid Holidays, K/b Plan
