Overview The Seattle, WA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Coverage and General Liability Practice.The ideal candidate will have at least four (4) to seven (7) years of experience handling both insurance coverage and general liability defense matters. This includes substantial experience analyzing insurance coverage issues and preparing detailed coverage opinions involving first-party property and general liability policies. In addition, the candidate should have strong litigation experience in all phases of insurance defense matters, including case management, motion practice, discovery, and the handling of hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Washington State Bar is required.Lewis Brisbois' General Liability Practice is comprised of over 600 attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases in numerous general liability areas.
