Check out this quick video bit.ly/C_Gpac Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidatesPartner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placementsProficient use of recruiting tools and materialsCold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offersConduct reference checks on candidates Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsConsistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidatesMust be comfortable establishing relationships over the Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindsetEffective negotiation skillsA degree is preferred but not required This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset, is goal-oriented, has a competitive spirit, and thrives on the opportunity to have unlimited earning potential in a commission-driven position.
