What You’ll Do Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 12–24 months Support early social, language, and motor development through play-based learning Follow daily classroom routines including diapering, meals, and transitions Communicate consistently with parents to build positive relationships Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum® Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom California RequirementMust meet California Community Care Licensing requirements — minimum 12 ECE/CD units, including Infant/Toddler course(s). (Verification required prior to hire.)
