They help make our customer’s day a little brighter while handling a variety of responsibilities: Welcome customers with a smile and positive attitude Help answer customer questions about menu items Take orders, input orders into the POS system, obtain payment, and provide change Prepare and serve food, coffee, and other beverages Ensure orders are made to the customer’s specifications.
