Their success is your success.Benefits: Competitive salary  Opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses Free Meals  Advancement opportunities  Health Insurance plan participationResponsibilities: General Managers are responsible for all aspects of the operation You will be tasked with hiring, scheduling, and training You will be expected to understand and manage cash and food controls Our General Managers are expected to work alongside their teams for up to 6 daysGood to have: A minimum of 1+ year in foodservice management and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified) Great communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast pace environment Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.
