This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machinery to ensure safe and efficient processing of food products according to company standards. If you have the right experience, don't wait and apply todayMachine Operator Job Details:Schedule: Monday-Thursday + Friday's as needed | 6:00 am-6:00 pmPay Rate: $16.50 - $19.00 depending on experience Machine Operator Job Description:Set up, operate, and monitor assigned production machinesPerform quality checks on product to ensure specifications are metAdjust machine settings and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues as neededLoad raw materials and packaging materials into machineryRecord production data, downtime, and output in production systemFollow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and plant SOPsKeep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with sanitation standardsAssist with changeovers and machine cleaningsCommunicate issues to supervisors or maintenance for corrective action Machine Operator Job Requirements:Previous machine operator experience in food manufacturing required Ability to read measurements, scales, and basic production documentationComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentMust be safety focused and quality drivenAbility to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout shiftMust be able to work overtime and weekends as needed PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
