Assembly Associate1st and 2nd shifts availableJob Responsibilities:• Assemble aluminum formwork components according to specifications and blueprints• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards• Read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions• Maintain a clean and organized work area• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes• Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures• Properly handle and store materials and equipment• Perform basic maintenance on assembly tools and equipmentSkills Required:• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions• Proficiency in using hand and power tools is a plus• Strong attention to detail and quality control• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations• Ability to work effectively in a team environment• Good communication skills, both verbal and written• Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies• Commitment to workplace safety and following proceduresPhysical Requirements:• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of time• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and up to 75 pounds with assistanceBenefits:At PrideStaff, we believe in taking care of our team members.
