Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Why This Is a Great Opportunity Join a high-caliber boutique handling sophisticated white-collar and regulatory-adjacent matters for major companies and fast-growing innovatorsGet real ownership of cases end to end, with meaningful exposure to strategy, discovery, and trial prepWork in a collaborative environment that values professionalism, initiative, and work-life balanceStep into a visible role where your work directly impacts case outcomes Location On-site in Washington, DC (downtown) with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule Note This role requires 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience and hands-on involvement supporting complex litigation through discovery and trial or arbitration preparation About Our Client Our client is a respected boutique law firm operating at the intersection of business, technology, and highly regulated industries, known for delivering big-firm quality with a more approachable, team-oriented culture Job Description Manage litigation matters from intake through discovery, motions, and trial or arbitration preparationDraft, proof, and finalize pleadings, discovery responses, and pre-trial materialsCoordinate document organization, e-discovery workflows, and case file management across systemsSupport depositions, hearings, and trial prep by organizing exhibits, tracking deadlines, and coordinating logisticsConduct legal and factual research to support attorneys and case strategyCommunicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervisionMentor and oversee a junior paralegal by delegating tasks and quality-checking deliverables Qualifications Bachelors degree required; paralegal certificate preferred5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (specialized or complex litigation strongly preferred)Strong knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures and court rulesProficiency with Westlaw, PACER, and e-discovery or case management toolsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure with strong writing skills Why Youll Love Working Here Supportive team with high standards and low-drama cultureInteresting matters and clients, with work that stays intellectually engagingA place where reliable performers earn trust fast and grow their scope quickly JPC-538 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance
