Answer all customer's technical questions on CSI's capital products as they received. Supplies spare part numbers to customers with pricing. Provide product services information with appropriate delivery date, based on service repair turnaround time estimates. Address all customer service and sales rep inquiries regarding operation of capital equipment. Train and walk sales reps through in-service difficulties over the phone. Troubleshoot and service full line of capital equipment provided by CSI. If not able to assist customer/sales rep over the phone, work with departmental teams to solve customer problems. Provide RMA and return functions as needed for customer returns. Follow through with complaint reporting from customers. Perform service training to fellow technicians. Also provide service training to outside distributors as needed.  Support International service teams with product support. Perform other tasks or assignments as needed by management. Asist with Improving department procedures and processes.  Limited travel may be required. Diverse knowledge of medical products through depot or field service work. Have customer technical support. Understand the details of Bills of Material, Schematic Drawings, and Blueprints. Medical Devise Background experience in service repair, and technical support. Experience working with customers, peers, and management. Have knowledge of company business systems computer systems in the areas of Order Entry, Purchase Order, Bills of Material, RMA, and Document control. Mechanical and software aptitude necessary to replace components on medical equipment and work with test software, Hipot and leakage testing, and working knowledge of Microsoft office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
