We're always looking to add flexible substitute teachers (guides) to our on-call list. Are you interested in working as a Substitute Teacher at Guidepost Montessori? This position will support multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms. No formal Montessori training is needed to apply. We will provide training as part of your orientation and on-boarding.We are looking for substitute guides for the following campuses: Branchburg, Bridgewater, Cranbury, Somerset, and Princeton Meadows, NJThis is an on-call position where we will reach out to you as-needed to provide coverage when full-time teachers are out sick or on vacation. The pay range is $16.00-$19.00 per hour depending on your qualifications.The Substitute Teacher role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori. Many of our substitutes ultimately transition into full-time Assistant or Lead Teachers with us when new openings become available.
