Our bouquet of Modernization Engineering Services cuts across Cloud, Data, Dynamics, Contact Centres, and around newer technologies like Generative AI, MS Fabric, and other modernization platforms.Job Title- Sr. Scrum Master/Product Owner – DataLocation- Berkeley, NJType of Hire – FulltimeRoles and Responsibilities Lead Agile delivery for data engineering, analytics, and cloud data platform projects involving pipelines, governance, quality, and ML operationalization. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, structure user stories, set acceptance criteria, and prioritize data features. Partner with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Cloud teams to ensure clarity of scope and smooth execution. Identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery alignment across data, analytics, and business teams. Track sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, spillover, and team capacity; use insights to drive continuous improvement. Ensure data governance, lineage, data quality rules, and compliance requirements are followed as part of data delivery. Coordinate cross-team releases including data pipelines, background jobs, ML model deployments, and cloud environment updates. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within data delivery squads.
