Location: Athens, GA Contract: Until 12/31/2026 (can extend) Schedule: Mon-Fri, 1st shift (8AM-4:30PM) Compensation: $20-23/hr SUMMARY Provides skilled technical assistance in a research laboratory. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs moderately complex laboratory experiments. Prepares laboratory specimens. Assembles and operates moderately complex laboratory and field equipment. Positions, weighs and assists in procedures with experimental animals. Uses moderately complex mathematical models to analyze data and summarize the results of experiments. Prepares chemical compounds, reagents and culture media. Develops, prints and enlarges film data. QUALIFICATIONS HSD required, AS/BS in chemistry, biology, or related discipline preferred 2-4+yrs of laboratory experience Computer experience (Microsoft, LIMS) Good communication skills both oral and written P#1 Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
