Learn more at About the Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking a Lead Field Technician (Onsite Support Lead) to join us. Provides onsite leadership for deskside and field support operations, ensuring timely and effective technical assistance for scientific and administrative users in a secure research setting.Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise deskside technicians performing imaging, deployment, break/fix, and lifecycle management.Ensure compliance with security, ES&H, and operational procedures.Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation.Coordinate with the Service Desk for escalations and incident resolution.Serve as the point of contact for local facility management and lab operations teams. Qualifications Education and Years of Experience:   5+ years of hands-on experience in desktop and field support within enterprise environments.Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Apple Certified Support Professional (preferred).Strong customer service and communication skills in high-sensitivity environments.Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a .
