As a Crew Member/Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in delivering a superior customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.$18.00 - $24.00 per hour ( WE PUT THIS BEING $15 AN HOUR PLUS TIPS.. TIPS AVERAGE $3-4 AN HOUR )Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of crew members in a fast-paced environmentPrepare a variety of sub sandwiches and other menu items in accordance with Jersey Mike's standardsOperate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean and organized work areaProvide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and responding to customer needsProcess cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accuratelyEnsure that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively during your shiftCoach and motivate crew members to achieve their full potentialRequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 25 poundsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidaysBenefits:Opportunity for growth and advancement within the companyCompetitive hourly wage and flexible scheduling ( $18- $20+/hour including Tips)Employee discounts and meal allowancesHealth Benefits Offered for those QualifyingVacation Time for those QualifyingA supportive and fun working environment with a team of friendly co-workers.
