Commercial Loan Assistant

We're hiring a mortgage loan officer assistant who will work directly with and support our loan origination staff. You’ll track leads daily, schedule appointments for the mortgage team, prepare paperwork, and respond to customer inquiries on transactions as needed. If you're a detail-oriented employee with strong communication and time management skills, we highly encourage you to apply.Compensation:$52,000 - $57,000 yearly plus bonusResponsibilities:Collect the required information from borrowersVerification of documents provided by borrowersGather information for underwriting, including title search, property value evaluation, and financial analysisReview loan applications to determine if they meet minimum requirementsAssist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application processHandle other duties assigned by the supervisorQualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredStrong credit analysis and accounting backgroundProficiency in MS Office is requiredAbility to analyze financial dataSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeedExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbout CompanyGrand Pacific Financing Corp. is an established, well-capitalized direct lender nationwide.
