This role offers the opportunity to perform a broad range of tests, operate advanced laboratory equipment, and contribute to safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. With competitive pay, a $15K sign-on bonus, and relocation support, this position provides excellent career advancement for both new graduates and experienced technicians.ResponsibilitiesPerform laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology.Collect, process, and analyze specimens, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.Alert providers and nursing staff to abnormal or critical test results.Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.Ensure compliance with safety, quality control, and regulatory standards.Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing quality assurance.QualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentFlorida Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) license (active or applied)National certification (MLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT)PreferredAssociate’s degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Science or related fieldPrior laboratory experience (clinical rotations, lab assistant, or specimen processor roles accepted)Compensation & BenefitsHourly range: $22.66 – $30.54 (based on experience)Evening differential: +$1.45/hourNight differential: +$2.50/hour$15,000 sign-on bonusRelocation assistance available (case by case)Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer match and Employee Stock Purchase PlanTuition reimbursement, student loan assistance, and dependent scholarshipsPaid time off, family leave, disability coverageCounseling, legal/financial services, and wellness resourcesIdeal ForThis role is ideal for a certified Medical Lab Technician seeking to grow their career in a hospital-based lab environment.
