About the Role:The Team Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success of their team by providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve project goals and organizational objectives. This position requires balancing hands-on involvement with strategic oversight to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables. The Team Lead acts as a liaison between team members and upper management, facilitating communication and resolving any challenges that arise. They are responsible for fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages professional growth and innovation. Ultimately, the Team Lead ensures that the team operates cohesively, meets deadlines, and continuously improves performance to contribute to the company’s overall success.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably as a Team Lead or Project Manager.Strong understanding of project management principles and team dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed team environment.Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software relevant to the team’s function.Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and change management.Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve project milestones and performance targets.Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work.Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments or stakeholders.Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may impact team productivity or morale.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.Collaborate with management to align team objectives with organizational goals and strategies.Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and teamwork.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.Skills:The Team Lead utilizes strong leadership and communication skills daily to guide and inspire team members, ensuring clarity in task assignments and expectations. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are essential for addressing challenges promptly and maintaining a productive work environment. Organizational and time management skills enable the Team Lead to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical proficiency, including familiarity with project management tools, supports efficient tracking of progress and resource allocation. Additionally, interpersonal skills foster collaboration and trust within the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.Monday Through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
